At Menskaart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.
Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused and in original condition.

The product must be in the original packaging with tags, manuals, and accessories.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or worn watches

Watches with removed protective stickers

Products damaged due to misuse

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the product to the provided return address.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
All the replacement of the product will get shipped and delivered in 6 to 8 days after verification is done by the team.
Exchanges
Currently, Menskaart does not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
